Yeoval

Museum-Brochure-May-2010-094Yeoval is situated 75km from Orange and sits on the cross roads of Molong, Dubbo and Wellington. One of Australia’s greatest poets A B (Banjo) Paterson, spent his first seven years of childhood in the village. There are many reflections of Banjo’s life in the area including the picturesque Buckinbah Park.

Yeoval is home to the Muilga Bill Festival, a three day event that celebrates the life of Banjo Paterson and includes a local bike ride.
